If you’ve been looking for a touch of Hawaii here on the mainland for breakfast, look no more. BabyStacks Cafe has arrived in Las Vegas to fulfill your island breakfast cravings.
Note: BabyStacks Cafe was formerly BabyCakes Cafe
Traditional Hawaiian Breakfast
Satisfy your yearnings with traditional Hawaiian breakfast fare. Try Portuguese sausage and eggs or Loco Moco. BabyStacks makes Kalua Pig Benedict with slow cooked Hawaiian style shredded pork and cabbage topped with Hollandaise sauce or enjoy the Spam Scramble made with diced Spam and Furikake (a sesame and seaweed seasoning) spinkled on top with white rice and a side of macaroni salad. They even have Hawaiian Sun fruit drinks!
The Show Stopper – BabyStacks Buttermilk Pancakes!
Of course BabyStacks Cafe has all the basics; eggs, bacon omelets etc. But the real show stopper is the BabyStacks Buttermilk Pancakes. Yum yum yummy delish!! (My highest rating.)
Check out these flavors available in short (3) or full (6) stack:
Red Velvet – topped with whipped cream and chocolate crumbles, served with cream cheese syrup.
S’more – has chocolate chips and marshmalllows cooked in the batter and topped with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbles.
You’ll also find macadamia nut, blueberry, banana, strawberry and even bacon pancakes too!
Get out of your breakfast rut
and try something new. This little hole-in-the-wall cafe is serving up some BIG breakfasts, so be sure to bring your appetite.
Just one thing…..
I do have one small criticism. The “seasoned” potatoes are not so seasoned. They were a disappointment. Very plain. Definitely not their forte.
Lunch
Although the breakfast menu is what caught my attention, Baby Cakes also serves lunch. Choose from burgers, salads or sandwiches. Or just have more of those yummy pancakes!
Mahalo BabyStacks Cafe
Having breakfast at your cafe was a real treat.
