Carnavale at the Venetian Hotel Las Vegas

The marketing people at the Venetian Hotel Las Vegas have come up with a new way to draw summer visitors to the Venetian and the Palazzo Hotels called Carnavale. Let’s hope they do a better job with this than they did with the “Winter Wonderland”.

Carnavale at the Venetian

What is Carnavale?

It means carnival in Italian and is a summer long celebration of Art, Music, Food and Wine. It’s a celebration of all things Italian in a festival atmosphere. There’s a Nightly Parade at 8pm and a Spectacular Light Show at the Clock Tower nightly at 9:15pm, 10:15pm, 11:15pm and 12:15am that’s open to the public. Other events will take place over the next 3 months. Here’s what’s up.

Mese di Arte – Art Month

June 4-30

Experience unbelievable 3-D chalk artists creating seemingly impossible masterpieces. Watch glassblowers demonstrate their intricate art with demonstrations. Admire one-of-a-kind pieces with an interactive Art Walk or take photos with living art installations.

Mese di Musica – Music Month

July 1-31

Delight in the sound of music resonating throughout the resort during Mese di Musica with a concert series featuring musicians and vocalists in The Venetian Showroom and outdoor stage near the outside gondola areas.

Mese di Vino y Cucina – Wine and Food Month

August 1-31

Taste savory wine offerings from top winemakers while children relish the experience of learning to make spaghetti or pizza in cooking classes. Learn from chefs as they show their craft in cooking demonstrations and meet and greets.

Carnavale Nights at Azure

Carnavale Nights is for guests 21 and over with no cover charge at the Azure Pool where there will be music and dancing on Saturdays from 9pm – midnight.

Plan to Stay and Make the Most of Carnavale!

This is the great thing about summer in Las Vegas…..the deals. If you book a room at either the Venetian or it’s sister property the Palazzo, you’ll receive all kinds of discounts throughout the hotel on Carnavale events, prix fix menus, the Spa and more. Valued at over $1000. Now that’s a party!
