During work at a restaurant located within a hotel/ casino, a food server got “into it” with the cooks that he works with and complained to the Chef who in turn got on the cooks case about what ever the issue was.
Later that evening…..
One of the cooks was in the walk-in cleaning up and noticed there was a plastic bag with shrimp in it that was about to reach its expiration date and brought it to the Chef’s attention. Naturally the Chef told him to toss it, so he did. He put it in the afore-mentioned food servers backpack.
You might not know this but…
When you work in a hotel/casino there is separate employee entrance/exit with a security guard that checks your ID and any bags you have when entering or leaving the building.
Surprise!
When the security guard asked the food server to open his bag and took a look inside finding a bag full of shrimp, he immediately decided to “detain” the poor dope. LOL.
Lesson Learned
C’mon now. This is food server 101. Don’t piss off the cooks!!
