Las Vegas – Best Hotels

In our opinion Las Vegas best hotels should have rooms that are so luxurious you never want to leave them, enough amenities and activities that you never need to leave the hotel, and service standards that make you want to visit again and again. Here’s who we think is best:

The Bellagio courtesy of holidayoverthere.com

Bellagio- AAA  5 Diamond Award

The Bellagio is world- renowned  for its excellence. Luxury is everywhere you look. The fountains, gardens and pool are a delight to the senses. The Bellagio is also home to ten award-winning restaurants. You’ll never run out of dining options. Their

nightclub The Bank was in the top 10 this year and if you prefer a more sedate atmosphere there is always the Petrossian Bar. New night life venues include Hyde Lounge and the Lily Bar. For a little pampering the Spa & Salon at Bellagio will make you feel and look your best. See “O”, one of the best Cirque du Soleil productions in Las Vegas. Designer shopping is on site for your buying pleasure as well.

Caesars Palace

Not only is Caesars Palace a great Las Vegas Resort, it’s also one of the few that does not charge a resort fee and they take pets

(see website for details). Caesars Palace has luxury inside and out. The new Octavius Tower is open and Nobu, a boutique hotel within Caesars is scheduled to open this summer 2012 giving you even more incredible room options. Garden of the Gods Pools are 4.5 acres of seven different pools, including a dayclub. Caesars Palace is home to some of the biggest name performers in Las Vegas, including Celine Dion, Elton John, Rod Stewart and Shania Twain (coming soon). Pure Nightclub inside Caesars is one of the top 10 clubs in Vegas with an outdoor view that is unsurpassed. With thirteen restaurant choices and another (Nobu) to open soon your biggest problem will be deciding which one to choose. The 2 Michelin star Restaurant Guy Savoy is a must. The Qua Spa experience would please the Roman Gods with an amazing assortment of treatments. Get your credit cards ready for the Forum Shops, one of the best shopping destinations in Las Vegas.

hotels, they are connected so it’s like getting two hotels for the price of one. There’s plenty of entertainment at the Venetian and Palazzo hotels. Headline comics Tim Allen, David Spade and Rita Rudner frequent the stage. Blue Man Group is a real crowd pleaser and Lavo and Tao Nightclubs add to your list of ways to enjoy the night life in Las Vegas. Azure Pool is the spot to be cool and Madame Tussauds Wax Museum is a blast. Many dining options with menus by world famous chefs are there for the choosing; Emeril Lagasse’s Table 10 and Delmonico Steakhouse, Wolfgang Puck’s Cut, and Mario Batali’s Carnevino. The Grand Lux at either hotel is a great choice for more casual dining. If you prefer a Sports Book to table games, Lagasse’s Stadium is the ultimate.

Wynn/Encore - AAA   5 Diamond Award

Another two-for-one property is the Wynn and Encore Hotels. Style, luxury, attention to detail and beauty everywhere you look.

Wynn and Encore

Fine dining in restaurants that are as pleasing to the eye as the food is to the palate. One of the few hotels in Las Vegas that has a Vegan Chef on site. Sexy lounges like Surrender and the always in the top five XS Nightclub are just a couple of venues for your nightlife entertainment. Le Reve, another Cirque Du Soleil production, is an excellent show in a round theater where there isn’t a bad seat to be had. If you love country, you love Garth Brooks; a resident performer at the Encore theater. Fabulous spas, a challenging golf course and designer shopping complete the luxury experience of a stay at either resort.
