The Venetian is located on the Strip. This is an all suites hotel with luxurious oversized rooms with a sitting area. One look at this hotel and you just can’t resist going there. It’s a mini version of New York located on the Las Vegas Strip. Miniature versions of the Statue of Liberty, the Brookly Bridge and an amazing roller coaster are major attractions at this hotel. The always popular piano bar at Grand Central on the casino floor and the Sporting House Bar & Grill is one of the best places to catch your favorite sports event.
Goodbye Sahara Hotel Las Vegas and Hello Again Soon
The Sahara Hotel, located on the Strip closed on May 16, 2011 after being open 59 years. That’s a long run by Vegas standards. The good news is that a multimillion dollar renovation has been approved for the property and will begin soon with a re-opening in the near future. That’s good news for Las Vegas and travelers.
