I know guys don’t like to ask for directions but make an exception and read this article; Las Vegas Strip Clubs 101 – What You Should Know BEFORE you go to a Strip Club in Vegas. It’ll save you time, money and keep you from making a mistake. After reading this go here for a list of all the Strip Clubs in Las Vegas with addresses, phone numbers and links to their websites if available. Call for a Limo
Most guys don’t know this (that’s why we’re here) but if you are staying on or near the Strip ANY STRIP CLUB WILL SEND A LIMO to pick you up at your hotel for FREE! Hang on guys, it gets even better. Not only will you arrive in style, you won’t stand in line and you won’t pay a cover! Sweet. Be a good guy and tip the driver. $5 – $10 is usual depending on the size of your group and more is always better, but know that even if you are by yourself they will send a limo no problem. You may get a ride back or not. It varies by club. There’s plenty of cabs on hand to get you back.
If You Don’t Take A Limo
You will wait in line and pay a big cover charge (unless you’re a local and have ID).
Know the $$$
The limo driver should get tipped $5 – $10 depending on the size of the group and like I said more is always better. Beers and cocktails run anywhere from $7 – $14 depending on what your drinking. You need to figure on a couple of bucks tip for each drink for the bartender or cocktail waitress. $20 per lap dance is the usual rate.
Save Money
Use the ATM at your hotel. The clubs have hefty fees added on their ATM’s so get the cash ahead of time. Get plenty of singles for tips and of course you might want to make it RAIN!!
Don’t Go to the VIP or “Champagne” Room
The dancers are going to try to up sell you from a lap dance to a more private dance in the VIP or “Champagne” Room. It’ll cost you waaay more money and guess what? It’s the SAME LAP DANCE. Seriously, everybody in Vegas knows this. I even got this message in a fortune cookie when my husband and I dined at Tao in the Venetian, “There is no sex in the Champagne Room.” Hilarious! Don’t be a sucker.
Table Service with Bottles
Now we’re talking big money. Call the club or go online to check for the details. It’s going to vary. Table and bottle service usually will be $200 and up. Some clubs will run specials and do half price bottles (Larry Flynt’s Hustler Club is one to check out). I don’t recommend going for the bottle service at a strip club unless it’s a bachelor party, or a large group. You’re better off just finding a chair.
Don’t Go to a Strip Club to “People Watch”
That’s called being a voyeur and it’s not what the clubs want. I read on yelp.com where some guy gave a strip club a bad review because he and his crew just wanted to do some “people watching” and were given a hard time by the establishment.
Really man? Imagine this: You own a restaurant and a group of guys show up and ask for a table near the kitchen. They want to see the food. They want to smell the food. They just don’t want to buy the food. Seriously? These guys should’ve hit the pool for some free T & A.
