Haunted Houses for Halloween in Las Vegas are everywhere! So many places to visit to get scared out of your mind and so little time.
Freakling Bros Horror Shows
If Jason and Freddie aren’t enough to make your hair turn grey, I heard that OJ, Casey Anthony, and Amanda Knox will be making a special appearance at this Haunted House. Only kidding. Opening Sept 28, The Freakling Bros have 3 haunted houses set up at one location on North Rainbow at Smoke Ranch just off 95. The Trilogy of Terror!! $12 for Circus and Vampyre, Gates of Hell $14 or you can get all three for $29. Not bad. The Amazing Jonathan’s SCREAMont Experiment
The Amazing Jonathan is a comedian/magician whose performance is full or gory tricks and illusions. Who better to take you on a hair-raising tour through this haunted attraction at The Las Vegas Club Downtown. Formerly by invitation only, you will now be able to experience all the terror in this mind bending multi-level attraction full of special effects and gruesome sights. October 7 – 31, nightly from 7pm. Tickets $20 – $30 Tuesday special 2-for-1 with Nevada ID.
Asylum at the Fremont Street Experience
Opens Friday, September 28 and runs Thursday – Sunday through October 31 (open Tues & Wed Oct 30 & 31). Starting at 6:30pm until midnight on Saturday and 10pm Sunday. Get scared out of your mind at the Asylum Haunted House.
Hotel Fear at the Cannery
Opens Friday October 5 – 31 Thursday through Sunday (open Tues & Wed Oct 30 & 31). Starting at 6:30pm until midnight on Saturday and 10pm Sunday. Have your therapist’s number handy.
OktoberFrightFest at Fremont Street Experience
This is more street party than scary. All week long through October 31 the Viva Vision canopy wil be doing Halloween themed shows to “Time Warp” and “Monster Mash” and the best part…..it’s free. The Fremont Street Stages will have performances by Frank & The Steins, Ozzy’s Frightmare, and Vampire Rising. Grab a foot long Margarita and do the Monster Mash!!
The Chamber Haunt in Primm
Located in front of the Primm Valley Resort & Casino this attraction features two choices; The Chamber or The Reactor. Hours are 7pm – midnight Fri, Sat and Oct 31. 7pm – 10pm Thurs and Sun. Tickets $15 for The Chamber, $10 for The Reactor and $23 for both. Pay $40 for a front of the line pass.
The Goretorium
Las Vegas’ first year round house of horrors is set to open September 27 and is the work of Eli Roth. Eli knows scary. The Goretorium is located across the street from City Center and the Cosmopolitan on the Strip and is the only year-round horror experience in Las Vegas. Tickets are $40 purchased at the Goretorium, $35 purchased online or get the VIP Death Row Fast Pass and skip the lines for $60. For more about this attraction read here.
Zombie Precinct: Screamont East
Update: Doesn’t look like this will be taking place this year.
This horrifying event takes place at the east end of Fremont Street from 6pm to 11:59pm Wed – Sun. Nothing says Halloween better than a Psych Ward, Execution Room, The Charles Manson Prison Bus, and Zombies. As per Zombieland don’t forget rule # 1; cardio. Zombies don’t run very fast. As for Twinkies, you’ll have no problem getting a fried Twinkie Downtown.
