What to do in Las Vegas can be a challenging question, but during the weekend of the 23rd-25th in September the answer is easy. Go Greek!
This event has passed, but will be back in 2012.
The Las Vegas Greek Festival 2011- Opa!
September is right around the corner, which means cooler temperatures and the Annual Las Vegas Greek Festival is coming soon. This is one of the most delicious events in town. If you’ve never experienced Greek Food, you owe it to yourself to get out to the Festival for some authentic greek dishes. There will be Gyro (YEE-RO), Souvlaki, (my favorite) Hummus, Dolmathes, Saganaki, Calamari and Spanakopita to name just a few of the delicious items available. There will be lots of music and dancing as well, so watch Zorba the Greek or My Big Fat Greek Wedding to set the mood, and come on down!! It’s what to do in Las Vegas for a great time.
